We stand behind LathaBrush with a 30-day satisfaction window that starts on the delivery date.
30-Day satisfaction guarantee
If LathaBrush is not a fit for your routine, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We will review the request and send the next steps.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help quickly.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before the order is processed, but once fulfillment has started we cannot guarantee changes.
Non-delivery and address issues
- If tracking shows no delivery movement for an unusual period, contact us and we will investigate.
- Orders returned because of an incorrect address or refused delivery may be eligible for a partial refund once they are returned, minus any shipping or handling costs charged to us.
Return conditions
Returned items should include all original parts and should not be intentionally damaged. For hygiene reasons, heavily used items may not qualify unless they arrived defective.
