Shipping Policy

We offer free tracked shipping on every LathaBrush order.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. During launches, holidays, or peak periods, processing can take a little longer.

Estimated delivery

• United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and many European destinations: usually 5-12 business days after dispatch
• Other international destinations: usually 7-18 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas and customs-related delays can extend delivery times

Tracking

Tracking is sent by email once your order ships. Please allow 2-5 business days for the first carrier scan to appear.

Important notes

• Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on stock and destination
• Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer when required by the destination country
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout because we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins
